A family-owned wealth management business was heavily dependent on the capability and reputation of its owner/Managing Director, hugely diminishing their ability to realise the full value from a sale.


We articulated a long-term strategy, developed a repeatable marketing methodology, delivered a new website, coached lean ways of working, implemented a new task management technology, and designed an innovative new online proposition, all in under 6 months.


Revenue has since grown by over 50%, with significantly increased independence from its owner. This led the firm to win the Money Marketing Awards for UK Small Adviser of the Year, and has resulted in it receiving multiple offers to purchase.
