The owner/Managing Director of a family-owned bespoke furniture company was under extreme pressure due to company financial challenges, new personal circumstances, and a brutally competitive market.


We formulated a series of potential strategic options, analysed the attractiveness of each, and provided coaching to the owner throughout this process. We simultaneously identified a series of initiatives to drive near-term performance improvement, provided help with securing bank financing, articulated a go-forward plan, and provided a resource for the leadership team to help implement the operational changes, all in under ~15 working days.


Despite the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the company returned to profitability in a revised structure, and opened up the way for our client and his family to capitalise on an exciting opportunity in a new market. #turnaround #transition #strategy #options
